Darell W. Sparks, a Montana state prisoner, appeals pro se the district courts Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. Γ§ 1983 action claiming that Family Services of Miles City ("Family Services") violated his due process rights by failing to investigate Sparks allegations that his former in-laws, Joan and David Eddy, are unfit guardians for his twelve-year-old son, Paul. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Γ§ 1291, and we affirm.
